We created The Restoration Rooms to give you a place to stop, Release Emotions, Relax the Body & Reset the Mind - Reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels safe and real.

No pressure. No expectations. Just space to inhale and exhale.

How to Choose:

Need to Release Emotions?

  • Book time in the Emotional Release Room.

Need to Relax your mind and body?

  • Book time in one of our Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy) Meditation Rooms. (Chromotherapy, Sauna or Red-Light)

Need to Reset your mind?

  • Book time in our Grounding Room. Use the grounding mats, singing bowls, tuning forks to help ground yourself and reset your mind.

Need to Release, Relax & Reset?

  • Book a package that best suits your needs or become a member today for regular restoration.

HALOTHERAPY (Dry Salt Therapy) ROOMS:

Relax, breathe, and reset in a calming environment designed to support deep relaxation and overall wellness.

Room 1:

  • Halotherapy Cabin - Seats up to 3

  • Combine Chromotherapy with Halotherapy

    (Dry Salt Therapy)

  • Meditation Space

Room 2:

  • Halotherapy Cabin/Sauna - Seats up to 2

  • Combine Infrared Sauna technology with Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy)

    • This cabin can operate as only Sauna, only Halotherapy or combine both.

  • Meditation Space

Room 3:

  • Dry Salt Therapy Cabin/Red Light Therapy - Seats 1

  • Combine Red Light Therapy with Halotherapy (Dry Salt Therapy)

    • This cabin can operate as only Red Light, only Halotherapy or combine both.

  • Meditation Space

All Halotherapy rooms have a massage recliner, Bluetooth technology in cabins, Yoga Mat. Complimentary Towel, Washcloth, Robe & Slippers available at front desk.

All Halotherapy Cabin Room Sessions include access to the Connection Lounge, enjoy company of others, meet new friends, or simply relax in peace while you sip the complimentary tea.

Add-ons available: Oxygen Bar, Aromatherapy and Heated Massage Pads.

GROUNDING ROOM:

Reconnect with your body through calming, nature-inspired elements designed to soothe your nervous system.

Let it out. A safe, judgement-free space to release stress, frustration, grief or built-up emotions, your way.

RESOURCE LIBRARY: (Zach’s Room)

The Resource Library offers a second more secluded location for you to sip your tea. Books are for sale and some are available for enjoying while you are here. Feel free to relax in the library as you wish.

Shop our specialty curated products and local vendors in our retail boutique area. Coming soon: Curious Elixirs - available for purchase in retail and you may drink on site in the Connection Lounge or the Resource Library.
