Halotherapy, also known as dry salt therapy, is designed to support both physical relaxation and overall wellness in a natural, non-invasive way.
Many people incorporate halotherapy into their routine for the following potential benefits:
Respiratory Support
Dry salt particles may help cleanse the airways, making it easier to breathe and supporting overall lung health.Skin Wellness
Salt is known for its natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, which may help support clearer, healthier-looking skin.Relaxation & Stress Reduction
The calming environment combined with steady airflow and quiet time can help reduce stress and promote a sense of calm.Immune System Support
Some individuals use halotherapy as part of their wellness routine to help support the body’s natural defenses.Improved Sleep & Recovery
Many guests report feeling more relaxed and rested after sessions, which can support better sleep and overall recovery.
At The Restoration Rooms, our halotherapy experiences are offered in private rooms, with three different options of Halotherapy units to choose from —allowing you to fully relax, breathe deeply, and reset in a peaceful, uninterrupted space.
Please Note: We are not medical providers, and halotherapy is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition or concerns, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider prior to use.

Come exactly as you are—comfort is key here. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax and unwind.
For Salt Therapy & Meditation Rooms: Minimal, comfortable clothing is encouraged so the salt can make contact with as much skin as possible. Please keep undergarments on at all times. Do Layers if possible. For warmer sauna or red-light sessions light layers are best.
For the Grounding Room: Direct contact with feet is recommended for full effects of grounding. However, for comfort and preference if you choose to wear socks, we recommend wearing light cotton socks. to gain the fullest effects you can from grounding mats.
For the Emotional Release Room: Wear something you can move freely in—nothing restrictive.
You’re always welcome to bring a change of clothes if that helps you feel more at ease afterward.
We will provide you with a complimentary robe and disposable slippers, if you want to bring your own for comfort, feel free.
The most important thing? Wear whatever helps you feel safe, relaxed, and able to fully release, relax, and reset.

Everyone’s experience can be a little different, but most guests leave feeling more relaxed, refreshed, and able to breathe a little easier.
After your session, you may notice:
A Sense of Calm
Many people feel mentally lighter and more relaxed after spending quiet, uninterrupted time in the cabin.Clearer Breathing
Some guests report feeling like their airways are more open or that breathing feels easier.Dryness in the Throat or Skin
Because salt is naturally absorbent, you may notice slight dryness—this is normal and usually temporary. Drinking water after your session can help.Mild Coughing or Throat Clearing
Occasionally, guests may cough or clear their throat as the body responds to the salt particles. This is a normal response for some individuals.A Feeling of Reset
Whether physical, mental, or emotional, many guests describe a general sense of “reset” after their session.
We recommend taking a few moments after your session to relax in our lounge, hydrate, and ease back into your day.
Please Note: We are not medical providers, and individual experiences may vary. If you have a medical condition or concerns, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider prior to use.

At The Restoration Rooms, we offer three unique halotherapy (dry salt therapy) cabin experiences. Each one provides the benefits of salt therapy, with different features and capacities to match your preferences.
Chromotherapy Salt Cabin (Seats Up to 3)
This option is designed for individuals or small groups and combines dry salt therapy with color light therapy (chromotherapy), using gentle color transitions to support relaxation and mood balance.HaloSauna Cabin (Seats Up to 2)
This cabin combines dry salt therapy with infrared heat, creating a warm, soothing environment that promotes relaxation, circulation, and a deeper sweat experience.HaloRed Cabin (Seats 1)
This is a private, single-occupancy experience that combines dry salt therapy with red light exposure, ideal for those who prefer a quiet, more personal session.
Because all of our rooms are private, you have flexibility in how you use your time. You may choose any cabin and use one feature at a time, or simply relax in the space without activating all elements.
You also have the option to book an additional guest. For cabins that accommodate more than one person, you can share the experience together or alternate between using the cabin and relaxing in the room. Add-ons can also be incorporated into your session for a more customized experience.
This flexibility allows you to create an experience that feels right for you—whether that’s quiet solitude, shared time, or a mix of both.

Most guests describe the oxygen bar experience as light, refreshing, and surprisingly relaxing.
You’ll wear a small, comfortable nasal cannula (a soft tube that rests just under your nose) while you sit back and relax. Each nasal cannula is individually wrapped and single-use, ensuring a clean, hygienic experience for every guest.
As you breathe in, you may notice:
A Crisp, Clean Feeling
The oxygen can feel cool and fresh, making each breath feel a little more noticeable than usual.A Sense of Calm or Clarity
Many guests report feeling more relaxed, focused, or mentally refreshed during and after their session.Gentle Aromatherapy (Optional)
If you choose a scent, you’ll notice a light, pleasant aroma—not overpowering, just enough to enhance the experience.A Moment to Pause
The biggest benefit for many is simply having a few uninterrupted minutes to sit, breathe deeply, and reset.
The experience is non-invasive, easy, and designed to be enjoyed at your own pace. Whether you’re adding it onto another service or enjoying it on its own, it’s a simple way to feel refreshed and recharged.
Please Note: We are not medical providers, and oxygen bar services are intended for general wellness and relaxation. Individual experiences may vary, and if you have health concerns, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider prior to use.

Yes—your safety and experience are our top priority.
We use O24U single-use oxygen aromatherapy stations, which are designed with both cleanliness and quality in mind. Each session uses individually sealed, single-use components, meaning nothing is reused between guests. This ensures a hygienic, fresh experience every time.
The aromatherapy scents are:
High-quality and specifically formulated for oxygen use
Free from oils or additives that could be unsafe for inhalation
Designed to be gentle and enjoyable, not overwhelming
Because these are dry, oxygen-compatible aromatherapy options, they are different from traditional essential oils and are created specifically for safe use with oxygen systems.
If you prefer, you can also choose to enjoy pure oxygen with no scent added.
Please Note: We are not medical providers, and oxygen bar experiences are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only. If you have respiratory conditions or health concerns, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider prior to use.

Each room at The Restoration Rooms is named in honor of a child who is deeply loved and forever remembered.
This is a meaningful extension of the heart behind the Owner’s nonprofit they founded in 2024, Center for Healing Under Grief-HUG, which supports parents navigating the loss of a child. By naming rooms after these children, we create a space where their lives are acknowledged, their names are spoken, and their stories continue to be part of something living and healing.
For many families, it’s a way to honor their child in a lasting, beautiful way. For our guests, it’s a gentle reminder of the depth of love, the importance of compassion, and the shared human experience of emotion and healing.
These rooms are more than just spaces—they carry meaning, memory, and purpose. They reflect why The Restoration Rooms exists: to create a place where people can come exactly as they are, feel supported, and begin to release, relax, and reset.
If you would like to nominate or request a room be named in honor of a family please email us at TheRestorationRooms@outlook.com
